Bruce Boiko is a partner in Shutts & Bowen's Miami office, where he is a member of the Financial Services Industry Practice Group. Mr. Boiko has counseled and advocated on behalf of private lenders and financial institutions for over 30 years, and presently acts as general counsel to numerous financial institutions. He has practiced extensively in the areas of financial regulatory compliance, debtor-creditor relations, bankruptcy, probate, real estate litigation and real estate and commercial transactions. He is fluent in Spanish and has represented various business entities in Central and South America.
He served as Past President and Delegate of the United States Tennis Association - Florida Section and in 2008 was inducted into its Hall of Fame. He currently holds a position nationally as United States Tennis Association Grievance Chairperson, as well as a Board of Director for USTA- Florida. Mr. Boiko serves as President of the non-profit community tennis association, Friends of Miami Tennis, Inc.
