William "Bill" Jacobs concentrates his practice in banking law, commercial law, international lending and private banking, secured transactions, creditors’ rights, letters of credit, negotiable instruments and other UCC matters, and consulting in litigation involving the foregoing. He is a member of the firm's Financial Services Practice Group in the Miami office.
Mr. Jacobs regularly speaks at bank workshops and to bankers’ associations regarding international lending, secured transactions, private banking, check fraud and other collections issues, as well as pitfalls in opening and administering bank accounts.
He is a trustee of the Livingston Foundation.
