Robert W. Vale is a partner in the Miami office's Real Estate Department, where he concentrates his practice in the acquisition, financing, development, leasing and sale of commercial and residential real estate. His practice also includes condominium association representation. He is a member of the Dade County Bar Association and an agent for First American Title Insurance Company and Fidelity National Title Insurance Company.
Prior to joining Shutts & Bowen, Mr. Vale practiced local government law representing municipalities in the areas of planning and zoning, code enforcement, ordinance and resolution drafting, and local bill drafting.
Mr. Vale received his law degree from the University of Florida in 1994, where he was a member of the Florida Journal of Law & Public Policy. He received his B.A. from Dartmouth College in 1991.
