Nicole Berry is an associate in the Tampa office, where she is a member of both the Real Estate Group and the Corporate Group. Ms. Berry has experience as an associate in the finance and real estate departments of national law firms in New York and Tampa. Ms. Berry concentrates her practice in complex real estate, corporate and structured finance transactions, including securitization, mergers and acquisitions, leasing, development and real estate finance.
