Brandon Levitt is an attorney in the Miami office, where he is a member of the Creditors' Rights/Bankruptcy practice group. Mr. Levitt's practice includes complex litigation, bankruptcy and general commercial litigation. While at the University of Maryland School of Law, Mr. Levitt was Articles Editor for the Maryland Law Review.
Mr. Levitt is the author of "The Role of the ISP in Copyright Infringement: Applying the 1976 Copyright Act to the Internet," 64 Md. L. Rev. 1324 (2005).
