Leann Warfield is a partner in the firm’s Orlando office and a member of its Corporate Transactions Department. She concentrates her practice in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions and securities. Prior to joining Shutts & Bowen in 1998, Ms. Warfield practiced commercial real estate and corporate law with a firm in Chicago, Illinois.
