Michael McAllister received his J.D. from the University of Miami in 2006, where he served as the President of the American Constitution Society. Prior to joining the firm as an associate, Mr. McAllister was a summer associate and law clerk in our Government Relations practice, during which time he participated in several multi-million dollar bid protests. Additionally, Mr. McAllister has represented candidates’ interests in a number of recent elections, including the hotly contested Sarasota Congressional recount 2006.
Mr. McAllister is concentrating his practice in the area of Government Relations, Land Use and Environmental Law.
