Experience

In this very personal area of law, Mr. Sabra works with each individual client to understand his background, successes, family dynamics and desires and builds a unique plan that reaches set goals. These goals generally include maintaining control over assets and protecting them for retirement, personal enjoyment or future generations. Ultimately, he tries to protect his clients' interests, while countering potential disputes. He also helps protect assets from unnecessary taxes and potential exposure to creditors. Owing to his experience and careful planning, his work has withstood the scrutiny of commercial banks and corporate legal departments, as well as audits by the IRS and the Florida Department of Revenue.

Mr. Sabra also administers trusts and handles business and elder law issues. Having experience in dispute resolution and probate, he represents beneficiaries as well. He helps these clients get fair treatment and pursues their interests, both in and out of court.

As an attorney who travels the state for his practice, Mr. Sabra often speaks before various groups. He discusses topics in trusts and estates, including the issue of transferring wealth down a blood line.
