Eric Castleson helps real estate developers carry out all phases of real estate development including acquisition and sales, obtaining permits and entitlements, financing, and construction. An attorney in the Real Estate Practice Group of the Orlando office, he has worked on large commercial, residential, and multi-use developments throughout Central Florida.
Mr. Castleson uses his experience in land use and zoning, and environmental regulation to help facilitate the real estate development process. Clients include developers of residential, institutional, commercial, and multi-use property, in both the private and public sector.
Education
Mr. Castleson earned his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. He received his B.S., with distinction, from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. While at the University of North Carolina, he was a member of the Sigma Chi Fraternity and was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa.
