Damien Prosser is an attorney in the Orlando office and is a member of the firm's Creditors' Rights and Bankruptcy Practice Group. Mr. Prosser concentrates his practice in the areas of creditors' rights and bankruptcy and commercial litigation.
Before joining Shutts & Bowen LLP, Mr. Prosser was an associate with a national law firm where he handled general commercial litigation and bankruptcy matters. In addition to his bankruptcy experience, Mr. Prosser has extensive experience in contractual litigation, real estate related litigation, defending FDCPA actions and franchise law.
