George Gonzalez, Jr. is an attorney in the Corporate Transactions Practice Group in Shutts & Bowen’s Miami office. Prior to joining Shutts & Bowen, Mr. Gonzalez practiced law with a national firm in New York City. He is also admitted in New York.
Mr. Gonzalez represents clients in general corporate matters, acquisition and sale transactions, commercial finance transactions and securities regulation.
While at Cornell Law School, he was a member of the Cornell Journal of Law and Public Policy.
