A real estate lawyer and a Certified Public Accountant, Roland Gallor understands the financial strategy behind the legal transaction. In his work for lenders and developers, he helps finalize business deals for commercial property throughout South Florida. He is a partner in the Real Estate Department in the firm's Miami office.
Mr. Gallor focuses specifically on the transfer of commercial property. This includes acquisitions, sales, leasing and lending. He works with banks and other lending institutions, as well as developers and property owners. For the owner of a local office building, for example, he assisted with leasing contracts. He also works on loan transactions for an international bank.
