Jennifer Slone Tobin is a partner in Shutts & Bowen’s Orlando office, where she is a member of the firm’s Real Estate Practice Group. Ms. Tobin represents developers and governmental entities in negotiating and drafting documents for the purchase, sale, leasing, financing and development of real estate. She has represented banks in commercial, construction, development and residential loan transactions. Her experience also includes the representation of developers, underwriters and credit enhancers in multi-housing bond financing transactions for projects located in a variety of venues throughout the country.
Ms. Tobin is an active member of the Orlando community, where her family has been since 1978. She currently serves on the Development Review Committee of the Downtown Development Board as the President of the Board of Directors for the Downtown Orlando Partnership. In addition, she is a member of Commercial Real Estate Women, National Association of Industrial and Office Properties, Central Florida Real Estate Council, and the Urban Land Institute. She is also a member of the Downtown Marketing Advisory Group.
