Andrew Garofalo focuses his practice on commercial real estate leasing. He has experience representing landlords and tenants in the preparation and negotiation of office and retail leases in Palm Beach County and throughout the State of Florida. In addition to commercial real estate leasing, Mr. Garofalo represents lenders, borrowers, purchasers, and sellers involved in commercial real estate finance and acquisition-disposition transactions. He also has extensive experience dealing with title insurance and title related issues. Mr. Garofalo's broad real estate experience enables him to identify and resolve a wide range of legal issues faced by his clients.
