Dan Greene is Board Certified by The Florida Bar in Construction Law and is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Court Mediator. His practice is enhanced by his prior experience as a project engineer and superintendent for a large general contractor and as a design engineer for a civil engineering firm. Since 2000, he has represented public and private owners, general contractors, trade subcontractors, design professionals, sureties and others in the construction industry. He is experienced in disputes involving delays, construction and design defects, lien and bond claims, contracts and wrongful termination. He helps clients avoid litigation with contract drafting, but will handle disputes through negotiation, mediation, arbitration, litigation and administrative proceedings.
Mr. Greene is a lecturer on Florida lien and bond issues to trade organizations and clients.
