With his experience in mergers and acquisitions, Andrew Eitingon understands the nuances of structuring complex transactions. His work now focuses on real estate transactions, where he tries to create agreements that minimize risk and protect the interests of his clients. He is an attorney in the firm’s Orlando Real Estate Practice Group.
Mr. Eitingon helps clients in all areas of real estate development, including acquisition, sale, lease, financing, easement rights, land use and zoning. Clients include developers and owners of commercial and residential property.
Background
Prior to joining Shutts & Bowen, Mr. Eitingon practiced real estate and corporate law in Los Angeles, California. His experience includes negotiating and structuring purchase and sale transactions for national real estate developers, drafting commercial leases for big-box retail stores and mixed-use projects, negotiating mergers and acquisitions, and performing due diligence for purchases and financings.
