Cynthia Benavides received her B.A. from Florida Atlantic University in 2000. Ms. Benavides has over 10 years of experience working on litigation matters, including general defense litigation, construction litigation, criminal defense litigation, USA PATRIOT Act and Bank Secrecy Act litigation, governmental procurements and bankruptcy matters.
Ms. Benavides works with members of the Litigation, Bankruptcy and Governmental Law Practice Groups in the Fort Lauderdale office of Shutts & Bowen LLP.
Ms. Benavides is a member of the Paralegal Association of Florida, a State of Florida Notary Public and fluent in Spanish.
