Lise Leaño received her B.A. degree from Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida in 1975. She has practiced continuously as a trusts and estates paralegal in Miami, Florida since 1987.
Ms. Leaño has extensive experience in the administration and litigation of trusts, probates and guardianships. Her experience includes the preparation of pleadings, formal principal and income accountings and tax returns. Ms. Leaño assists clients in performing their duties as fiduciaries and monitors the administration of estates and guardianships. She analyzes and has obtained a high level of competence and knowledge of the Florida Probate Code and Florida Principal and Income Act. She also reviews and analyzes productions, answers to interrogatories, and depositions in estate and trust litigation matters and assists in preparation for and attends hearings and trials.
Ms. Leaño is fluent in Spanish.
