Beverly B. Smith received a Paralegal Degree from Seminole Community College. She has practiced for 25 years as a Real Estate Paralegal both in New York and Florida.
Ms. Smith’s experience includes preparation of closing documents, review of surveys and title searches, preparation of title commitments and policies for residential and commercial real estate closings and loan transactions as well as research in the public records, preparation for hearings and attendance at public meetings in various municipalities relating to land use, zoning and variance issues. She also has experience in different areas of corporate work; i.e., formation of corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies.
Ms. Smith is a associate member of the Orange County Bar Association.
