Karen Corsi Williams received her BA in Business Administration, magna cum laude, from New York University in 1979 and received her Certified Legal Assistant designation in 1980.
Ms. Williams has 25 years experience and began her paralegal career in the areas of entertainment and sports law, having worked for NBC in New York City and the New York Yankees, concentrating on contracts, negotiations and complex litigation matters.
After moving to Florida in 1984, Ms. Williams continued working on complex litigation matters, products liability, construction law and creditor’s rights, as well as a Legal Administrator. With her extensive experience, she is able to conduct fact research and investigation, organize and summarize files and documents, and assist with the preparation for mediation, arbitration and trial. Ms. Williams has worked in both State and Federal Court, as well as on the Appellate level.
Ms. Williams is an associate member of the Orange County Bar Association and a former President of AWRT (American Women in Radio and Television).
