Maria D. Lamas has been continuously employed in the real estate field since 1988. She has extensive experience in all phases of real estate transactions, including commercial and residential acquisitions, loan transactions, construction financing, and conducting title search and examination and survey review. Her experience includes preparation of closing documents, initial drafts of contracts, opinions of title, title insurance commitments and policies, and assisting developers with condominium unit closings.
She received her paralegal certificate (1994) and a B.A. in Liberal Studies (2003) from Florida International University.
Ms. Lamas is fluent in Spanish.
