INTERNATIONAL LITIGATION
Natalia Betancur is a member of the firm’s International Dispute Resolution Practice Group in the Miami Office where she works with both companies and individuals in a wide variety of matters. Ms. Betancur, who was born in Colombia, is familiar with the legal system in that country and provides a level of cultural and legal experience when working with our foreign and domestic clients.
BACKGROUND
Prior to joining Shutts & Bowen, Ms. Betancur worked at the Legal Aid Department of the University of Medellin, Colombia where she was introduced to many areas of the legal system including civil, criminal, family, labor, and commercial. Thereafter, she worked in the Labor Department of Bancolombia in Medellin until her arrival in the United States in 2005.
