Doreen R. Penfield is a corporate paralegal in Shutts & Bowen’s Orlando office where she is a member of the Transactional Law Department/Corporate Group. She performs legal administrative work and acts as liaison for the firm’s client, Intertape Polymer Group.
Ms. Penfield received her B.A. in French in 1970 and a California Secondary Education Teaching Credential in 1971 from San Jose State College, San Jose, California. While obtaining her teaching credential, she studied abroad one summer at the University of Pau in Pau, France.
Prior to joining Shutts & Bowen, she was Vice President Administration-International Group for Adecco, a Forbes 500 staffing and human resources services company, and between 1972 and 2001 held various secretarial, administrative, and managerial positions including Corporate Secretary-U.S. with that firm.
