Jennifer Hochberger attended college at University of Central Florida, Orlando, Florida from 1978-1982 studying Management and Aerospace Studies while pursuing a career with the United States Air Force and is currently pursuing a Bachelors in Paralegal Studies with Florida Metropolitan University.
Ms. Hochberger began her career practicing Vendor Management and Budget Preparation in the telecommunications field from 1983 to 1994 and, after experimenting as an Inventory Specialist for a major electronics component distributing company until 2001, she decided to join the legal field as a Legal Assistant working for a Partner in the Real Estate Department. After working as a Legal Assistant for approximately five years and while beginning to further her education in paralegal studies, she was promoted to Paralegal in January 2006. The extent of her experience is in both commercial, lender and residential transactions. She has prepared loan and closing documents, annually reported client’s proceeds from Real Estate transactions, as applicable, to the Internal Revenue Service, reviewed and prepared title commitments and policies, conducted survey reviews, attended and conducted closings and performed corporate searches. She is knowledgeable in handling matters generally necessary to complete a real estate transaction.
