Sandra Perez received her paralegal certificate from Florida International University in 1991.
Ms. Perez has been working in the legal field since 1984 and has been a real estate paralegal since 1989. Her experience in real estate includes residential closings and commercial transactions. Since 1998, Ms. Perez has worked on residential real estate transactions, which include preparing and/or reviewing residential contracts for purchase and sale, title examination and title commitments; performing the due diligence necessary to comply with title requirements; reviewing surveys and closing document; preparing closing documents, closing statements, closing loan transactions with lenders, attending at closings and coordinating disbursement of funds and post-closing matters.
In addition to her real estate experience, Ms. Perez has worked in the areas of probate, corporate, estate planning, family, litigation and banking law.
Ms. Perez is fluent in Spanish.
