Olga Duque received her paralegal certificate from Florida International University in 1990 and became a Certified Legal Assistant (“CLA”) in 1992.
Ms. Duque has been working in the legal field since 1978 and has been a real estate paralegal for the past 17 years. Her experience is in both residential and commercial transactions and includes preparation of closing documents, performing title searches, review of survey and title documents, preparation of title commitments and policies, preparations for closings, attendance at closings and coordination of all post closing matters.
Ms. Duque also has extensive experience in all aspects of corporate work and filings.
Ms. Duque is fluent in Spanish.
