Employee Benefits Attorney
Position Type: Experienced Attorneys
We seek an atttorney experienced in all aspects of employee benefits, in the public as well as private sectors, including qualified and nonqualified retirement and deferred compensation plans, welfare benefit plans (including health, life insurance, disability, cafeteria and flexible spending account plans as well as COBRA healthcare continuation), executive compensation, golden parachutes and equity based compensation plans including stock options.
The successful candidate will have experience with design, compliance and ongoing administration of benefits programs as well as correction of past errors. S/he will assist our clients with COBRA and HIPAA compliance and compliance under Title I of ERISA (reporting, disclosure and fiduciary issues regarding retirement and welfare.
