Transactional Tax Attorney (7+ Years)
Position Type: Experienced Attorneys
Our Tampa office seeks to add a transactional tax attorney to its team. The successful candidate will have seven (7) plus years of relevant experience and the ability to work unsupervised in the following areas: a) partnership tax; b) corporate tax; c) tax-free reorganizations; d) tax matters related to mergers and acquisitions; e) tax matters associated with real estate transactions. Significant experience in taxation related to executive compensation, benefit plans, not for profit organizations, state and local taxation and estate tax is preferred.
