Don Wasil and Robert Cheng represent the company that purchased the development and management interests in Mary Brickell Village. This project is located in the heart of Miami’s financial district and has more than 200,000 square feet of space, including upscale restaurants, shopping and entertainment options. Shutts & Bowen handled the acquisition of the project mid-construction, which required transitioning to the new owners all development, permitting and construction related matters.
