Joseph Englander Receives INTA Appointment

Joseph Englander, a partner in Shutts & Bowen’s Intellectual Property Group, has been appointed to the Anti-Counterfeiting Committee of the International Trademark Association (INTA). Mr. Englander was appointed for the 2010-2011 term.
Mr. Englander has more than 16 years’ experience practicing in Intellectual Property law. He is a patent attorney who works with local, national and global Shutts & Bowen clients in a wide range of industry segments that extend from high technology and manufacturing to restaurants and hospitality.
