Alex Tachmes Appointed to Executive Committee, Board of Governors, Miami Beach Chamber of Commerce

Alexander I. Tachmes, a partner in Shutts & Bowen’s Real Estate Practice Group in Miami, has been appointed to the Executive Committee of the Board of Governors of the Miami Beach Chamber of Commerce. A former First Assistant City Attorney for Miami Beach, Mr. Tachmes served as counsel to the City and the Miami Beach Redevelopment Agency.
Mr. Tachmes concentrates his practice in the areas of governmental matters including land use and zoning, competitive bidding and lobbying, commercial transactions including real estate, and matters pertaining to the hospitality industry.
