Construction Group Presents Seminar

Members of Shutts & Bowen’s Orlando Construction Litigation Group are presenting a one-day seminar, sponsored by Lorman Education Services, on July 20, 2007 at the Sheraton Orlando Downtown.
The presenters will include John H. Dannecker, Chairman of the Shutts & Bowen Construction Litigation Practice Group, William L.. Grant, Brent C. Bell, Kathleen M. Krak and Paul L. SanGiovanni. Mr. SanGiovanni and Mr. Grant are Florida Bar Board Certified in Construction Law.
The seminar will provide a practical overview of the construction lien process. It addresses the importance of construction lien law for providers of labor, services or materials, from subdivision improvements and commercial construction to waivers and discharge of liens.
