Shutts & Bowen partner, Hank Jackson, has been appointed a Certified Circuit Mediator by the Florida Supreme Court.
Mr. Jackson is a partner in the firm’s West Palm Beach office, where he represents clients in the fields of medicine (hospitals, physicians, therapists, and suppliers), real estate (developers, lenders, and brokers), hospitality, agriculture, insurance, telecommunications, accounting, and various manufacturing. His cases typically involve a wide variety of claims, including breach of contract, interference with business relationships, fraud, negligence, misappropriation of trade secrets, unfair trade practices, trademark infringement, and breach of fiduciary duty.
Mr. Jackson completed a rigorous forty hour program as part of the certification process. He was appointed as a Certified Circuit Mediator by the Florida Supreme Court on October 9, 2009. Mr. Jackson is available to mediate business disputes.
