In the area of bank-related litigation, attorneys including former federal and state prosecutors have defended banks in lawsuits brought by customers alleging violations of financial privacy in reporting suspicious activity. Fully conversant with U.S. and foreign anti-money laundering laws and regulations, members of the litigation department are frequently called upon to assist our financial services clients in responding to foreign and domestic legal procedures, including grand jury investigations, document subpoena responses.
