Michael Lozoff Speaks at National Symposium

Michael Lozoff, Chair of Shutts & Bowen's Credit Union Practice Group and a partner in the firm's Financial Services Group, presented  a paper on the subject of governance and best practices at a national symposium for credit union auditors and CFO's in Dallas, Texas on October 21, 2010.  The conference was sponsored by the firm of Orth Chakler Murnane, CPA's, a nationally prominent audit firm for credit unions.   Shutts & Bowen hosted the conference's evening VIP reception.   Mr. Lozoff represents numerous federally insured credit unions in matters pertaining to regulatory compliance, strategic planning, governance and the development of operational policies and procedures.
