Shelly Wald Speaks on Estate Planning at American Lung Association Luncheon

Shelly Wald, a member of Shutts & Bowen’s Trusts & Estates Department, spoke on “What is Congress Doing Now? – a brief estate planning update” at the American Lung Association luncheon held on Thursday, April 29, 2010.   The theme of the luncheon was “Healthy, Wealthy & Wise” and included topics on health care, financial planning, and tips on avoiding high-risk investments.

Ms. Wald works with individuals and families of high net worth and is one of a limited number of Florida attorneys who is Board Certified in Wills, Trusts and Estates, by the Florida Bar. She focuses exclusively on estate planning and trust and estate administration in Shutts & Bowen's West Palm Beach office, and has broad experience in this field.
