Joseph Englander Speaks on Intellectual Property Issues

On February 18, 2010, Joseph R. Englander, a partner in Shutts & Bowen’s Intellectual Property Group, gave a seminar to the Corporate Counsel Section of the Hillsborough County Bar Association entitled “New IP and Web Posting Issues: How to Avoid Emerging Pitfalls.”  On February 23, 2010, Mr. Englander  hosted a roundtable discussion titled “Anticounterfeiting Issues” for the International Trademark Association.

Mr. Englander has more than 17 years’ experience practicing in Intellectual Property law.   He is a patent attorney who works with local, national and global Shutts & Bowen clients in a wide range of industry segments that extend from high technology and manufacturing to restaurants and hospitality.
