Miami -
Stephen
Drobny is a member of the Creditors’ Rights/Bankruptcy Practice Group.
His experience in bankruptcy matters includes representing secured
creditors, debtors, trustees and committees in complex Chapter 11, 7 and
13 cases. Mr. Drobny served as a law clerk to the Honorable W.
Richard Lee of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern
District of California from 2002 to 2003. He received his J.D. from
Boston College of Law in 2002.
Orlando –
Eric C. Reed is a
member of the Business Litigation Practice Group. Mr. Reed helps
prosecute and/or defend banks, creditors and other companies in
financially-related cases. He also works for plaintiffs or defendants in
disputes involving the automotive industry.
Prior to joining Shutts & Bowen, Mr. Reed gained trial experience as an Assistant State Attorney in the Ninth Judicial Circuit in Orange County, Florida. Before attending law school, he was a Territory Manager for a national consumer product company. This post helped him gain an understanding of corporate management and sales. He received his J.D. from Barry University School of Law in 2002.

Sally Woodward is a
member of the Corporate Department and represents public and private
companies and entrepreneurs in all facets of general business and
corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, business
contracts, business transactions, joint ventures, corporate governance,
franchise and labor and employment matters. Ms. Woodward’s clients
include both domestic and international persons and entities. Ms.
Woodward has significant experience in the restaurant and hospitality,
auto dealership, defense, homeland security, chemical, agricultural
products, fertilizer, metals, mining and manufacturing industries. She
graduated from Stetson College of Law in 2003.
