Shelly Wald Speaks at NBI Seminar

Shelly Wald, a member of Shutts & Bowen’s Trusts & Estates Department, recently spoke at a National Business Institute Seminar on Drafting Effective Wills and Trusts.  Ms. Wald provided written materials and spoke on the drafting of revocable trusts and durable powers of attorney.  She also spoke on various advance directives concerning health care.  The seminar was given to attorneys and other related professionals in the field of estate planning.

Ms. Wald works with individuals and families of high net worth and is one of a limited number of Florida attorneys who is Board Certified in Wills, Trusts and Estates, by the Florida Bar.  She focuses exclusively on estate planning and trust and estate administration in Shutts & Bowen's West Palm Beach office, and has broad experience in this field.
