The event attracted more than 150 business and community leaders and featured a reception showcasing food and drink from Bill Hansen Catering, complete with sushi, flatbread pizza, antipasto, dessert and kosher stations. The firm's interior and architectural firm, ASD, the construction company, Amicon Construction, along with administration and staff devoted hours of their time to develop the modern space. It's a new look for the firm, featuring white, expansive spaces, floor to ceiling windows, efficient work areas that encourage collaboration and an advanced conferencing center suited with the latest technology and security.

An indicator of the firm's long-term success and its commitment to developing its newer generation of leadership, the move was one of downtown Miami's biggest in recent years, with over 100 attorneys and 100 staff moving into nearly 70,000 square feet in three days. The endeavor began in 2012, with the negotiation of the 15-year lease with David Preve of Cresa Partners. The lease was signed in 2013, with the move occurring in October of last year with assistance from the Beltmann Relocation Group. The Miami office now occupies the 40th through 42nd floors of the Southeast Financial Center with an option to expand to the 43rd floor next year.
