Shutts & Bowen’s Miami office opened in 1910 with attorneys practicing real estate, corporate and life insurance law. Over the years, the legal services offered by the firm grew as the City of Miami grew to include areas such as its nationally-known financial services practice, litigation, international, land use, estate planning, tax, securities, intellectual property, labor and employment law.
