In addition to our domestic practice, we deal extensively with foreign clients or United States clients involved in foreign transactions.

We advise domestic clients on forming and operating businesses in other countries, represent foreign individuals and corporations investing in real estate and/or business enterprises in the United States, and assist foreign institutions in establishing facilities in the United States.

We represent domestic individuals and corporations distributing products from the United States or other countries in overseas markets and assist them in preparing distributorship agreements for these products in international trade.

We assist clients in obtaining financing for ships flying foreign flags or aircraft used internationally, and in foreclosing mortgages and security interests on foreign flag vessels and aircraft.  We also advise clients on planning, organizing and operating foreign flag cruise and cargo ship lines.
