Lincoln Graubard is the firm-wide Chief Financial Officer for Shutts & Bowen LLP. Lincoln is an accomplished Chief Financial Officer with over 30 years of experience in finance, management consulting, and law firm accounting and finance. In his role as CFO, Mr. Graubard is responsible for all firm accounting and finance functions, including general accounting, financial planning and analysis, pricing, budgeting, tax, treasury, and revenue management. He is also responsible for the selection and implementation of firm-wide practice management software and business intelligence and data analytics tools.

In addition to his law firm experience, Mr. Graubard spent 8 years with two of the legacy Big 6 accounting firms. His focus areas included finance transformation, activity-based costing, performance management, and SAP implementations. Mr. Graubard began his career with the Ford Motor Company and was a Vice President at Key Bank.

Mr. Graubard is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, where he earned his Master of Business Administration (MBA). He also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the Colorado College.

A native of Boston, Massachusetts, Mr. Graubard enjoys returning to New Hampshire during the summers to unwind. Prior to moving to Miami, he spent the last 30 years living and raising his two girls and working on his golf game on the shores of Lake Erie in Cleveland, Ohio. He is passionate about helping law firms achieve their financial goals and provide excellent service to their clients.
