Taylor M. Koshak is a Senior Associate in the Orlando office of Shutts & Bowen LLP, where she is a member of the Business Litigation Practice Group.

Taylor focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation matters. She has experience in all aspects of litigation, including strategy development, conducting discovery, drafting pleadings and dispositive motions, and participating in formal and informal dispute resolution.

In addition, Taylor has experience with insurance litigation, estate fraud, class actions, premises liability litigation, and appeals.
