On January 27, Miami partner Diana Mendez was a presenter for the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act webinar hosted by the American Bar Association.
The discussion provided an overview of many of the programs and funding opportunities the Act provides as well as the expansion of existing programs. Diana’s presentation focused on the key legal implications resulting from the Act that will impact local and State government procurements for infrastructure projects receiving assistance under the Act.
Diana was joined by Leslie Pollner, Lisa Barkovic and Laurie Hettinger from Holland & Knight.
