On February 18, West Palm Beach Partner Hank Jackson presented “The Anatomy of a Business Divorce,” hosted by the Sarasota County Bar Association Business Law Section.
The course discussed various aspects of LLC member separations, including how such separations are affected by operating agreements (or absence thereof), access to company books and records, provisions related to transfer of sale of interests, valuations of interests, dissociation and dissolution.
