On November 10, West Palm Beach litigation associate Sean Smith moderated a panel for the Palm Beach County Bar Association on the topic of Landlord/Tenant Litigation During the COVID-19 Pandemic. Sean is a member of the PBCBA Young Lawyers Section Board of Directors.
Sean and the panel discussed the issues landlord/tenant attorneys are facing in their practice as a result of the COVID-19 Pandemic, including the CDC Order on Evictions and the Federal CARES Act. The panel presentation, which qualified for CLE credit, occurred via Zoom and was attended by members of the Palm Beach County Bar Association.
