Shutts & Bowen LLP is pleased to announce that Theresa McDowell, a Senior Associate in the Orlando office, has been confirmed as a Delegate to the American Bar Association (ABA) for the State Bar of Wisconsin, where she will serve a two-year term.
The ABA House of Delegates establishes ABA policy, both as to the administration of the association and its positions on professional and public issues. Delegates also serve as liaisons between the House and the State Bar Board of Governors. They monitor actions proposed by the ABA that will affect Wisconsin lawyers and update the State Bar’s Board of Governors of actions that it should consider.
