West Palm Beach attorney Sean Smith moderated the Palm Beach County Bar Association’s SideBar Series Seminar on depositions, titled “Mastering the Deposition – From Preparation through Using Testimony at Trial.” The panel included Judge Joseph Curley, Judge Cymonie Rowe, and attorneys Traci Rollins of Gunster and John Romano of The Romano Law Group. This SideBar Series allowed attorneys to earn CLE credit and hear from local judges and veteran attorneys about how to effectively prepare for, take, and use depositions.

Sean is Co-Chair of the SideBar Series Committee for the Palm Beach County Bar Association Young Lawyers Section.
