Carol A. Hill is the Office Administrator for Shutts & Bowen’s Tampa and Sarasota offices. She is responsible for the day-to-day operations and management of both offices, including salary administration, employee recruitment and retention, training and development, records management, employee relations and team management. She has more than 15 years of experience in law firm operations and leadership, as well as more than 24 years of experience in the legal industry.

Prior to joining Shutts & Bowen, Carol served as the Director of Operations (Law Firm Administrator) at a boutique entertainment litigation firm in New York City. She is an active-duty Veteran of the United States Navy, where she served as an FAA Certified Air Traffic Controller.
